Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager assists the General Manager with all operational and financial aspects of the restaurant. This role involves supervising food preparation, inventory management, guest service, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. It also requires overseeing team members and contributing to company profits.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food service industry (preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
• Excellent communication skills
