Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager will support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations and financial management. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring guest service, maintaining cleanliness, and managing inventory. The goal is to maintain a high standard of food quality, guest satisfaction, and profitability.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required, some college preferred.
• Management level experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, & Excel.
• Ability to work weekdays, weekends, nights, & holidays.
• Quick-thinker, anticipates/solves issues with excellent organizational, decision-making & guest service skills.
