Job Description
Learnlight is a language, intercultural, and interpersonal skills training company dedicated to transforming lives through impactful technology. They are seeking an Account Based Marketing Manager for full-time remote work to design and execute ABM programs for strategic accounts. The role requires collaboration with global teams and a strong understanding of buyer personas and campaign optimization.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B marketing experience
- 2+ years of ABM or account-focused demand generation
- Experience designing and executing ABM campaigns for 1:few or 1:many programs
- Strong understanding of buyer personas and account segmentation
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across email, social, content syndication, and paid media
- Ability to track account engagement and analyze campaign performance
- Fluency in English
- European languages (ideally) to balance with fluency in English
