Job Description
We're looking for a Technical Customer Support Agent to join our team in a remote position. The role involves providing friendly and effective support to customers across email, chat, phone, and live Q&A, and diagnosing problems through structured thinking and product knowledge. The ideal candidate is a fluent English speaker with excellent verbal comprehension and written clarity, curious, analytical, and energized by live problem-solving.

- Translate complex platform behaviors into plain language
- Collaborate with teammates
