Lengow is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to drive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell of new products and services, manage retention targets, and lead strategic account planning. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, commercial orientation, and experience in managing renewals, upsells, and expansions within SaaS or account management.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills to manage revenue forecasting and portfolio performance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to engage at executive level
- Resilience and result-driven mindset, with proven ability to handle challenging situations
- Commercial orientation with the ability to identify and pursue revenue opportunities
- Experience in managing renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansions within SaaS or account management
- Solid knowledge of contract management and legal/commercial processes
- Ability to perform contact mapping and build multithreaded relationships within client organizations
- Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams (CSM, Product, Legal, Professional Services) to deliver customer and business outcomes
- Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding revenue targets by converting customer objectives into commercial opportunities
