NA Parts Sales Specialist

The NA Parts Sales Specialist sells products, services, and supplies to selected customers in a designated market area or accounts via inbound or outbound telephone contacts. Closes sales on assigned products or may generate leads for outside sales staff. May have account responsibility with quota. Collaborate with and support field sales.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• Strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
• Some knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
• Effective at written and verbal communication
• Basic user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software
