Strategic Account Mgr, Nat'l Accts

We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to maintain successful relationships with national HVAC residential platform partners and grow business with assigned channel partners. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of related experience, and expertise in building relationships, listening, and persuading.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 3 years of related experience
• Expert abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating, and managing time
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Substantial industry and product knowledge
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software
