Lenus is looking for a Global People Operations Lead to strengthen our People team and to help us achieve our ambitious global People agenda. In this role, you will permanently lead a small but mighty team, consisting of People Operations and on top act as maternity cover for the Workplace Experience team for 10 months.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in People Operations, i.e. as People Operations Specialist or previously leading a People Operations team
- Experience from People Ops in the US, i.e. PEO management, healthcare providers and employment law across states
- Experience working across multiple markets from a systems and compliance perspective
- Worked against senior management (e.g. Head of People, Founders or the like) with the communication and presentation skills that require
- A data-first mindset, utilising tools and platforms to extract insights and inform decision-making
- Be comfortable with HR systems, tech-savvy, and curious about system integrations (we use Hibob as our Core People System)
- Previously held budget responsibilities and is comfortable with numbers and budgets
- Strong analytical and decision making skills, able to evaluate cost-saving opportunities based on time, budget and resource impact
