Job Description
Physical therapists are needed to provide coordinated care to clients of all ages. This role involves creating and implementing personalized treatment plans based on medical referrals, performing clinical assessments, and documenting patient progress. The PT is responsible for infection control, patient transfer, and communication with healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Two (2) years experience as a PT in a clinical care setting
- Current driver’s license in good standing
- Reliable transportation and auto liability insurance
- Current State professional license as a PT in any/all applicable states
- Current CPR certificate
- On-going employment as a PT always requires maintenance of a valid PT license in the state which the therapist practices in and a valid CPR certificate.
- Must read, write and comprehend English.
