Job Description
This Full-Time Physical Therapist position is for home health clients in San Antonio, TX. The therapist will provide coordinated care, plan/implement treatment plans, document progress notes, and ensure client safety and well-being. The role involves communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team and maintaining proficiency through continuing education.
Requirements
- Two (2) years experience as a PT in a clinical care setting.
- Current driver’s license in good standing.
- Reliable transportation and auto liability insurance.
- Current State professional license as a PT in any/all applicable states.
- Current CPR
- Ongoing employment as a PT always requires maintenance of a valid PT license in the state which the therapist practices in.
- Must read, write and comprehend English.
