Job Description
Lifelong Access is seeking a Rehabilitative Services Associate (RSA) within the Behavioral Health Clinic to provide direct client care to individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves individualized treatment plans, daily living activities assistance, community integration, and maintaining detailed documentation. The position supports both residential housing, vocational development, and therapy for children and adults.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree in psychology, social work, or related field preferred
- Skill in delivering rehabilitative services
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Valid Illinois driver's license with safe driving record
- Current proof of automobile insurance
- Working under supervision
