Property Accountant

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Property Accountant to provide accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management. This role involves reviewing P&L, budgeting, lease administration, and auditing. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as knowledge of GAAP and property management principles.

Requirements

• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical abilities
• Well-organized, self-starter with multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred, CPA a plus
• 2+ years of public accounting/commercial real estate experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience in MRI, Yardi, Skyline, JD Edwards, CTI systems is desired
• Proficiency in PC-based software such as Microsoft Excel
