1st line Support

LinkedClient is looking for a 1st Line Support Specialist to join the LinkedClient team. The role is stationed in Pristina or Gjilan, Kosovo. The work is hybrid, and you can choose to work from home for a significant portion of the time.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of technology
• Experience in customer support, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
