Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Technical Account Management or related leadership roles within SaaS (legal technology experience preferred)
- Proven track record of building and scaling teams that drive measurable customer adoption and retention
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and guide customers on best practices
- Excellent understanding of SaaS delivery models, customer lifecycle, and enterprise adoption challenges
- Experience developing and operationalizing frameworks, playbooks, and methodologies for customer engagement
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; ability to define KPIs and drive data-backed decision making
- Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to engage both technical and business leaders
