HR Generalist

LivePerson is looking for an HR Generalist to join their team. The role involves enhancing and simplifying how teams engage with HR support and policy compliance. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape and innovate within the HR function, with direct exposure to talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.

Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of human resources experience, preferably in a generalist role
• Working knowledge of German employment law, knowledge of additional EMEA jurisdictions is a plus
• Proven ability to effectively build and leverage professional relationships and work well within a team approach environment
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills are a must
• Very good command of German and English is essential, additional European languages a plus
• High level of accuracy, detail orientation and strong computer skills
• Possessing talent acquisition experience is a strong plus
• Works well independently, as needed, with limited supervision
