Livestorm is looking for an Account Manager to maintain and grow existing business, partnering with key accounts to drive revenue growth and customer retention. The team is remote-first, with members located in France, USA, Germany, and Portugal.
Requirements
- Experience in Account Management / Customer Success and Sales
- High-performance mentality and consistency in over achievement
- Fluency in French and English
- Proven track record engaging in value-based customer-centric conversations, and leading a defined enterprise sales process
- Track record of identifying and executing on upsell opportunities in existing deals
- Organized, rigorous, and adaptable to an ever-evolving process and team
- Strong business acumen and comfort with presenting to, and establishing relationships with, senior-level executives in Strategic companies
- Technologically savvy and ability to learn and demonstrate new technology fast
- Ability to work individually and collaborate within a team environment to achieve set goals
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
