Loadsmart is a growth-stage technology company looking for a Manager, Carrier Procurement to lead an operations team and develop relationships with existing and prospective carriers. Requirements
- 5+ years in truckload brokerage
- 1 year of management experience (preferred)
- Deep knowledge of truckload carrier operations and practices
- Deep knowledge of truckload market dynamics and pricing
- Practical understanding of TMS Software
- Strong experience with truckload freight and relationships with carriers
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Dynamic leader with a bold presence and a charismatic attitude
