The Customer Support and Operations department plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and peak performance of Logpoint production farms. In this role, you will work closely with diverse customers to understand their infrastructure and deliver optimal deployment solutions for Logpoint installations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of OS and *nix-like OS.
- Strong understanding of network and network security concepts.
- Knowledge of web vulnerabilities and security practices.
- Good fundamental knowledge of programming skills in any language (eg. Python/Java/Go).
- Certifications such as RHCE, CCNA, or CEH (a plus)
