Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, designing optimal deployment architectures and supporting implementation, integration, and optimization across diverse infrastructures and security landscapes.

Requirements

• Design and recommend scalable Logpoint deployment architectures based on customer infrastructure and business requirements.
• Act as a technical advisor during implementation and post-deployment phases.
• Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and infrastructure issues.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge base articles, and technical best practices.
• Conduct customer sessions, technical workshops, demos, and training programs.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Sales to address customer needs and improve product capabilities.
• Provide technical feedback to improve internal processes, documentation, and deployment methodologies.
• Review configurations and integrations to ensure performance, scalability, and security best practices.
