Job Description
LA CENTA is seeking a Surgery Scheduler to maintain a smooth surgical day by coordinating appointment times and ensuring patients are prepared for their procedures. This role involves meticulous record-keeping, communication with physicians, and proactive problem-solving to minimize disruptions and maximize efficiency. The scheduler works collaboratively with the medical staff and potentially outside facilities to ensure the scheduling process is effective and well-organized.
Requirements
- HS Diploma/GED required
- 2-3 years of surgery scheduling experience
- Ear Nose Throat & Allergy specialty clinic experience preferred
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Bilingual - fluent in both English and Spanish
