Job Description
LA CENTA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Surgery Scheduler (SS) to manage surgical days and ensure smooth patient transitions. The role requires efficient scheduling, proactive communication with physicians, and maintaining accurate patient records. This position is critical for maintaining the quality and efficiency of the surgical environment, and involves a constant juggling act of balancing multiple tasks.
Requirements
- HS Diploma/ GED Required
- 2-3 years of surgery scheduling experience
- Ear Nose Throat & Allergy specialty clinic experience preferred
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Ability to travel within various LA clinics
