Job Description
Los Angeles Center of Nose Throat and Allergy (LA CENTA) is seeking a dedicated and organized Surgery Scheduler to manage patient schedules and ensure proper preparation for procedures. The position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. This is a fast-paced role needing someone comfortable with high-pressure situations.
Requirements
- HS Diploma/GED Required
- 2-3 years of surgery scheduling experience
- Ear Nose Throat & Allergy specialty clinic experience preferred
- Spanish fluency is a plus
- Ability to manage a heavy caseload
- Ability to travel within Los Angeles
- Ability to read handwritten/transcribed documents
