Job Description
Lucid Software is seeking a Technical Product Support Specialist to interact with their largest and most strategic customers. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective communication with customers, Success, and Sales. The position focuses on understanding the business strategy and driving improvements to the product to meet customer needs and support business goals.
Requirements
- 2 years practical work experience or a Bachelor's degree with a 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher
- Strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility
- Ability to translate complex technical ideas into simple content
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
