Job Description
Lupin is seeking a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the US finance team and contribute to strategic business goals. This role involves financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and team leadership, working to ensure the company achieves its objectives in the US market. The position requires a strategic mindset, strong financial leadership, and experience in a performance-driven environment.
Requirements
- Successful finance professional with strong financial leadership experience
- 10+ years of experience in progressive finance positions
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA preferred)
- Experience in US-based commercial pharmaceuticals
- High proficiency in financial tools (Excel)
- Experience with SAP highly preferred
- Strong accounting and finance training
- Leadership competency: Strong values & adaptability
