Quality Engineer

MacTaggart Scott is seeking a quality engineer to manage quality requirements for projects and orders. The role involves creating and managing the project quality plan, identifying risks, maintaining documentation, and providing regular updates to project teams. This position offers hands-on experience with process improvement and customer interaction, with the potential for significant skill development.

Requirements

• Operational experience in a manufacturing environment and QA experience is essential
• Proven experience in a similar role with a thorough working knowledge of ISO9001
• Good spoken and written communication skills
• Performance driven with a strong work ethic
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• In-depth knowledge of the technical aspects of manufacturing and engineering
• Desirable: ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification, recognised technical qualification, Technical Workshop experience, Auditor certification
• Security Clearance
