We are looking for an HR SSC specialist to provide support to our HR processes and activities, guide employees, coordinate HR tasks, and ensure the smooth operation of the HR SSC.
Requirements
- Experience or interest in HR processes
- Excellent English and French language skills
- Understanding of HR Shared Services model and support processes
- Knowledge of HR IT systems (SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, SAP HR) and ticketing systems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Diploma or studies in HR, business, or related fields
- Organizational and communication skills
- Customer orientation
