Job Description
We are looking for an HR SSC specialist who will provide support for our HR processes and activities, guide employees, coordinate HR tasks, and ensure smooth daily operation of HR SSC. The candidate should have excellent knowledge of English and Hungarian languages, experience in HR processes, and organizational and communication skills.
Requirements
- Experience or interest in HR processes, preferably in Shared Services or BPO environment
- Excellent knowledge of English and Hungarian languages
- Understanding of HR Shared Services model and support processes for employees
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Diploma or studies in the field of HR, business, or related fields
