We are looking for an HR SSC specialist who will provide support to our HR processes and activities, direct employees, coordinate HR tasks, and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of HR SSC. The ideal candidate will have experience or interest in HR processes, excellent language skills, and a diploma in HR or related fields.
Requirements
- 1st point of contact for HR queries from employees through various channels
- Answering employee questions, managing requests, and escalating complex cases
- Updating and processing HR data, creating tickets for corrections or new requests
- Directing employees to internal rules or external partners
- Collaboration with other SSC team members and participation in process improvement projects
- Understanding of the HR Shared Services model and support processes
- Knowledge of HR IT systems (SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, SAP HR) and ticketing systems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
