Senior IT Help Desk Technician

Mainstay Technologies seeks an experienced IT professional to work as a Primary Response Services Technician. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others, skilled at troubleshooting, and committed to growth. They will work with dedicated clients, respond to reactive 'break/fix' issues, and develop deep relationships with primary clients.

Requirements

• Manage an assigned list of primary clients and resolve daily break/fix issues across the entire technology stack
• Work alongside other committed professionals to provide reactive 'break/fix' services to clients
• Solve issues and support the client environment, including server, network, desktop, printer, email, mobile devices, cloud services, line of business applications, VPN's, etc.
• Escalate more complex issues to the Engineering group
• Answer client questions and assist with their technology
• Work in a ticketing system and resolve issues ranging in complexity
