Job Description
Maltego is seeking a Senior Subject Matter Expert for the US Government & Commercial Accounts organization. This role focuses on enabling government and commercial customers to maximize value from Maltego's intelligence software, requiring deep OSINT knowledge and a passion for customer success. The SME will be responsible for onboarding, training, and consulting with clients, as well as driving adoption and retention. This is a mission-critical position bridging field operations and product expertise.
Requirements
- Lead onboarding and training for new accounts.
- Serve as primary SME contact for US Government customers.
- Deliver advanced product demonstrations and best practices.
- Measure and monitor customer utilization.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Develop training materials and documentation.
- Act as an advocate for US Government customers internally.
