HR Generalist

At Mann Eye Institute, we are looking for an HR Generalist to support our approximately 450 employees across multiple locations. This role involves benefits administration, employee relations, and employee engagement.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong focus on benefits and employee relations
• Experience handling employee relations issues, investigations, and performance concerns
• Experience with TWC unemployment claims and hearings strongly preferred
• Experience supporting or administering employee surveys or engagement initiatives
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Strong communicator who builds trust with employees and leaders
• Creative, proactive, and known as a hard worker
• HRIS experience required (Paylocity preferred)
• Healthcare experience a plus, not required
