Job Description
The Maples Group is seeking a Senior Organisational Change Manager to join their OCM team and help develop and drive enterprise change processes, ensuring enthusiastic and engaged adoption by the business of their global operational improvement programmes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of demonstrated experience working on large-scale organisational change efforts, preferably in the professional or corporate services sectors or as a change consultant
- A Bachelors or Masters degree or professional qualification in a business discipline (or equivalent work experience)
- Experience in working within a complex matrix organization, particularly one that operates in multiple countries / jurisdictions
- Experience in working with international, virtual, multi-cultural, multi-disciplined, and high-performance working teams
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including experience persuasively articulating project and change proposals, socialising ideas and influencing stakeholders towards a recommended solution
