Strategic Account Manager

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be part of our field sales organisation, focused on the largest enterprise accounts; both existing customers and new customer acquisition.

• Proactively identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Develop a sustainable sales pipeline through outbound initiatives
• Build accurate forecasting and an operational cadence with management
• Research, draft, and present business transformational proposals
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners
• Qualify prospects and move opportunities systematically through the sales pipeline
• Expertly demonstrate Markforged technology to end users
• Manage multiple customer opportunities with multiple partners at once
• Drive reference-able customer satisfaction in your accounts
