Job Description
Silueta (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of MAS Holdings, is seeking an Executive – Human Resources to manage recruitment, onboarding, performance, and compliance. They offer premium apparel solutions in areas like intimate wear and sportswear, serving a diverse workforce expanding internationally.
Requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for associate and staff roles
- Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Maintain accurate data entry across HR systems
- Oversee exit formalities and performance-related activities
- Coordinate insurance claims, vendor payments, and welfare activities
- Manage payroll processes
- Support cross-functional HR projects
