Manager - SFO San Francisco International Airport

The Manager position at San Francisco International Airport encompasses operations across full restaurants, bars, fast food locations, markets, and coffee shops. Requirements

• Adhere to all MCA/Brand operating procedures
• Attend and contribute to management meetings
• Schedule and Lead Pre-shift/Post-shift meetings
• Ensure timely completion of supervisor/employee duties
• Record deliveries and reconcile inventories
• Ensure food/beverages are in stock and stored correctly
• Complete daily reporting
• Ensure accurate cash handling and recording
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, market, and bar
• Document waste, transfers, breakages, and spillages
• Monitor and ensure performance management of supervisors and crew
• Complete a weekly staff schedule
• Assess employee/supervisor strengths and career development
• Ensure staff punctuality and attire
• Meet with problem performers and document improvements
• Record accidents/injuries/illnesses
• Carry out menu briefings and quizzes
• Work closely with the GM for smooth operation
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
• Maintain a high level of service for all guests
• Deal with complaints efficiently and courteously
• Perform safety inspections and document results
• Maintain clean and organized storerooms and loading areas
