Job Description
Matillion is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join their growing team. The role focuses on identifying and closing new enterprise customers, growing the Matillion footprint, and driving revenue growth through direct sales and partnership development. The successful candidate will be passionate, high-integrity and experienced in complex technology sales within a defined territory.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience in a complex technology solution-selling environment
- Experience achieving and exceeding $1M+ ARR quotas
- Track record of sourcing and closing six-figure deals
- Skill in sales methodologies like MEDDIC, Force Management, or Value Selling
- Experience in large enterprise software contracts and RFP processes
- Strong negotiating and closing skills
- Proven track record of independent customer development
