The Preconstruction Manager role involves leading a team focused on identifying, qualifying, and managing projects, with a primary focus on collaborating with Sales, Distributors, and Engineering partners. This position requires a strong background in civil engineering, estimating, or construction management, alongside the ability to build and lead a team. The primary focus is to bring technical solutions to meet customer needs and build relationships with external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 5–7 years of related experience within construction, civil, or civil manufacturing of underground utilities
- Strong leadership skills with prior team management experience
- Experience reading blueprints
- Experience with stormwater or underground utilities (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, CRM systems, and Bluebeam software
- Ability to travel occasionally
