We are looking for a driven, continuous learner, and relationship-focused Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a key partner to a designated Business Unit(s).
Requirements
- Supports current and future business needs through collaboration with designated business leaders
- Plans and leads core HR processes and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Leverages strong business acumen to analyze and report out on relevant business unit HR metrics and people trends
- Provides guidance and input on business unit workforce planning, succession, and talent development needs
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues
- Supports project leaders by periodically conducting site visits and establishing themselves as the key point-of-contact for talent, culture and HR operations issues
