Call Center Sales Manager

MCI is seeking a Call Center Sales Manager to oversee the operations of their contact centers. The role involves coaching team members, driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring consistent quality of service. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Wichita, Kansas.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with data-entry utilizing a computer
• Ability to read and speak English fluently
• Wired, high-speed internet connection (20Mbps+)
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
