Director of Sales

MCI is a fast-growing tech-enabled business services company specializing in Customer Experience (CX), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Anything-as-a-Service (XaaS). They are seeking a Director of Sales to build relationships, identify opportunities, and close business with corporations across various industries. The role requires strategic selling skills, a strong focus on client needs, and the ability to travel frequently for client meetings and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5-7 years of outside sales experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling merchandising, mystery shopping, or research/information services
• Proven ability to exceed sales quotas consistently
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining relationships with C-suite executives
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
