MCI is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support commercial and public sector clients, handling inbound inquiries and providing support across a variety of processes. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum of three (3) years in a call center environment
• Minimum of (1) year of experience in a customer service role
• Ability to multi-task using multiple screens and systems
• Ability to use PC applications and learn new systems
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• Strong team orientation and customer focus
