Requirements

• Must exhibit good business judgment and acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with training tools.
• Familiarity with training tools and techniques.
• Effective conflict resolution and time management skills.
• Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment.
• Skilled in planning, coordination, and adapting to various learning styles.
