McLane Intelligent Solutions is seeking a Field Support Engineer to assist customers with service and maintenance needs. The role involves resolving issues, improving efficiency, mitigating risks, and providing technical assistance, while maintaining strong client relationships. This is a full-time on-site position.
Requirements
- Support resolution of issues escalated from Tier 1 support staff.
- Document and facilitate program/project activities.
- Ensure performance metrics are met or exceeded.
- Develop and maintain program support artifacts.
- Communicate with customers, team members, and subcontractors.
- Configure and install network devices and services.
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades.
- Analyze system issues and recommend improvements.
- Schedule and coordinate project assignments
