Job Description
Monks is seeking a VP, Revenue to lead revenue growth, optimize the commercial performance of the media business unit, and drive revenue-based decision-making. This role involves collaborating with leadership, leading sales, developing new revenue channels, and fostering a data-driven culture. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, with a focus on client value and market agility.
Requirements
- 10+ years in revenue-focused leadership across business development, marketing, or revenue operations
- Experience setting business strategy, forecasting, and managing P&L for agency or high-growth commercial businesses
- Proven leadership in developing high-performing teams in marketing, sales, or revenue operations
- Advanced skills in commercial analytics, revenue reporting, pipeline management, and CRM/revenue operations tooling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay within the return to office policy
