Job Description
Monks is seeking a VP, Revenue to drive revenue growth, optimize the company's commercial performance, and lead the alignment of new business, marketing, and revenue strategies. This senior leadership role involves leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution of revenue-generating initiatives. The ideal candidate will blend commercial acumen, operational rigor, and a customer-focused mindset.
Requirements
- 10+ years in revenue-focused leadership roles across business development, marketing, sales operations, or revenue operations
- Experience in setting business strategy, leading forecasting, and managing P&L for agency or high-growth commercial businesses
- Proven leadership in developing high-performing teams in marketing, sales, or revenue operations functions
- Advanced skills in commercial analytics, revenue reporting, pipeline management, and CRM or revenue operations tooling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in creating a culture centered on client value and revenue accountability.
