This is a full-time, remote position based in the Bahamas, leading senior-level commercial discussions and negotiations with air ambulance providers and insurers to establish competitive rate structures and service commitments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare contracting, insurance negotiation, business development, or related commercial roles
- Demonstrated success managing complex partnerships and leading rate or contract negotiations
- Experience working with health insurers, government health schemes, or air medical transport providers (strongly preferred)
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret claims data, pricing models, and utilization patterns
- Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and build trust across cross-functional teams and external partners
