Director, Strategic International Partnerships

This is a full-time, remote position based in Jamaica. As Director, Strategic International Partnerships, you'll steward MASA's most important third-party relationships--helping ensure our medical transport and insurance operations remain financially strong and operationally reliable.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare contracting, insurance negotiation, business development, or related commercial roles
• Demonstrated success managing complex partnerships and leading rate or contract negotiations
• Experience working with health insurers, government health schemes, or air medical transport providers
• Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret claims data, pricing models, and utilization patterns
• Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and build trust across cross-functional teams and external partners
• Comfort working independently in a remote, regionally distributed environment
• Willingness to travel across the Caribbean region (up to 25%)
