Job Description
This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States with frequent travel across the Caribbean region. As Director, Strategic International Partnerships, you'll steward MASA's most important third-party relationships in the Caribbean region, leading senior-level commercial discussions and negotiations with air Caribbean ambulance providers and insurers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare contracting, insurance negotiation, business development, or related commercial roles
- A record of commercial success in the Caribbean region
- Demonstrated success in managing complex partnerships and leading rate or contract negotiations
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret claims data, pricing models, and utilization patterns
- Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and build trust across cross-functional teams and external partners
- Comfort working independently in a remote, regionally distributed environment
