Revenue Cycle Specialist

MedScope is seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist to manage Medicaid payers, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement. This role involves claim follow-up, denial resolution, payer correspondence, and compliance with payer guidelines. The specialist will act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and proactively resolve outstanding balances.

Requirements

• Manage a defined book of insurance payers and serve as the subject matter expert.
• Meet or exceed monthly productivity and resolution objectives.
• Conduct timely follow-up on outstanding claims.
• Review, analyze, and appeal denied or underpaid claims.
• Prepare and submit corrected claims or claim reconsiderations.
• Stay updated on payer guidelines.
• Independent work in a remote environment.
