- Implement F&B Methodology
- Ensure standards for products, service, and orders are followed across all outlets.
- Create action plans to roll out new methodologies.
- Drive Operational Excellence
- Monitor daily costs, revenues, and KPIs.
- Analyze service performance (breakfast, restaurant, room service, events) and optimize accordingly.
- Collaborate Across Departments
- Work closely with Rooms Division, Marketing, Revenue, and Kitchen teams to align F&B strategy with hotel-wide goals.
- Coordinate pre- and post-event reviews to improve service delivery.
- Control and Analyze Financials
- Support P&L management and budget compliance.
- Conduct cost/revenue ratio analysis and monitor productivity KPIs.
- Ensure Service Quality
- Maintain consistency in service and presentation formats.
- Ensure all team members are trained and aligned with procedures.
- Innovate and Improve
- Recommend process improvements and foster creativity.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
